Where should I place my air purifier?
Please make sure that your device is in a room that fits our recommended size for the best purification efficiency. Please do not place the device in a corner too close to back walls to prevent air blockage, some extra room around the device would help you clean the room air better.

Notice: please download the Smartmi Link APP and register your device first, then finish the smart home settings in the app.

Once connected, you can control the Fjord Pro via voice control.
Devices will always be delivered with the correct voltage in your region. If you move, please refer to the sticker on the machine to make sure which input voltage the device requires.
Auto mode/Sleep mode/Favourite mode/Angle adjustment.
On the home screen, right swipe till you see the angle indicator, press to switch between 30/60/90.
Please check your cable connection first, try re-connecting the cable and turn off/on the switch on the back bottom to test again. If you still can’t turn on the Fjord Pro, please contact us.
Power reset: turn off the switch of Fjord Pro on the back bottom, then unplug the cord for 30 seconds to re-connect and turn on again.
Wi-Fi reset: on the home screen, right swipe till you see the Wi-Fi icon, press the icon, then the reset button. The Wi-Fi will reset when the indicator on the screen starts blinking.
Note: the Homekit/Google Home/Alexa connection requires setting the Fjord Pro and your phone under the same Wi-Fi connection. If you run into any smart home issue, please reset the Wi-Fi and try re-connecting again.
The connection only works under 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, please check your Wi-Fi setting.
Please power-reset your Fjord Pro to try again. If the problem still exists, please contact us.
